The article analyzes the labour relationships maintained with drivers by the company Uber, seeking to assess their compatibility with the intrinsic value of the human person and her autonomy, based on the theoretical framework of Surveillance Capitalism and Human Dignity. The configuration of the relationships is exposed; Surveillance Capitalism is described, revealing the economic scope of the company; and the implications of their practices are analyzed. In conclusion, an antagonism between the model of instrumentalization of the transport worker and the essential contents of Human Dignity is pointed out, entailing a reflection on the need to reform the practices adopted by Uber.
