Author Biography

Arthur Saldanha dos Santos, UFRGS

PhD in Sociology at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul - UFRGS. Master's degree in the Associated Course between the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG) and the State University of Montes Claros (UNIMONTES) in Society, Environment and Territory (PPG-SAT). Bachelor's degree in Humanities from the Interdisciplinary Faculty of Humanities of the Federal University of the Jequitinhonha and Mucuri Valleys (UFVJM). He is interested mainly in the lines of studies that are centered on Rural Youth, Family Agriculture, Social Networks and, more currently, Sociology of Consumption , Sociology of Food and Certifications.
