O ensino de morfologia na educação básica: algumas reflexões e propostas

This paper aims at reflecting the current setting of teaching morphology in the Brazilian basic education, then, propose activities focused on the use of grammar through texts. Our research is settled in the field of Applied Linguistic since, as an interdisciplinary area, it deals with language learning-teaching. Thus, we reflect on the contribution of Textual Linguistics and Discourse Analysis to the theories and documents that promote a transformation in the perspective of comprehending the grammar teaching. We found out that there is a mismatching between teaching theories and teaching practice when working with grammar at school, including morphology. So, it is necessary to contribute with reflections and propositions on the teaching of grammar.
