Reagindo a textos: instanciações de gênero textual em livros didáticos de Língua Portuguesa

The aim of this study is to investigate the linguistics realizations which instantiate genres of the text response family in texts named as “criticism”, these texts are present in Portuguese language textbooks of primary and secondary education. In this regard, theoretical assumptions about genre of the family of text response (MARTIN; ROSE, 2008; CHRISTIE; DEREWIANKA, 2008), the transitivity system (HALLIDAY; MATTHIESSEN, 2014) and the attitude subsystem of the Appraisal system (MARTIN; WHITE, 2005) are mobilized, with these theories it is possible to identify the gender stages, as well as, its socio-communicative purpose. The results demonstrate that the analyzed texts instantiate, in the systemic function perspective, the genres review and thematic interpretation.
