Methodology: The qualification course was planned as a pilot project, and it was applied among professionals to the Family Health Strategy (FHS) in Teresina, Piauí, using the pedagogical of questioning. Results: The selection of FHS professionals need to be improved, and it is important to follow up how the teams are working in order to discuss about crisis points and achievement of the goals. In addition, the introductory training of the team, which approaches on health policies, procedures, records, forms, and epidemiological indicators, is indispensable because the professionals should know about the environment where they are going to work, as well as they should know about their co-workers since it is important that they strengthen their relationships, improving the access to the population and the solving of problems, thus the service can comply fully its social mission. Conclusion: It is possible to conclude that, despite the difficulties including acceptance and participation, the course was able to change the attitude of some participants because the implementation of Permanent Education in the teaching-learning process of these health professionals could lead to reflection of praxis with changes in the work process.Downloads
