The present study aims to highligt the importance of affirmative actions aimed at the public of black origin in Brazil, due to the history of social inequality in a country graced by such ethnic and cultural miscegenation. Thus, it emerges as an objective to highlight the efficiency of racial quotas for access to women of African descent in the national public and private initiative. With an emphasis on promoting public policies of social, racial and gender inclusion, as well as on the perpetuation of these government measures for the next years, until reaching a certain cultural balance. As a methodology, the inductive method was used, based on the theoretical basis, due to the confrontation of the discussions about the unequal treatment of women, especially black women in Brazil, requiring the creation of public policies, through affirmative actions, for the entry of this part of the population in the public purse. The research technique employed consists of indirect documentation, whose for mis based on bibliographic research. Therefore, taking legislation and doctrine as parameters, a deepening of the study of affirmative actions for the black population, in particular the quotas, and the specificity regarding women, bringing the most relevant facts, as well as an overview the need for the involvement of the entire society and the State.
