PLANEJAMENTO ESTATAL E A CRISE DA COVID-19

Abstract

 The health crisis caused by the coronavirus pandemic has placed humanity on permanent watch, especially in relation to the actions of governments. This caused a series of conflicts between public and governed administrators, considering that the performance would have to be agile, precise and surgical, as people's health is in check. The big question is based on the fact of the limits of the public entity, the private entity and the need of society in the midst of all this. So it is necessary to check if the Brazilian State has the necessary legal tools and if the private sector is in a position to actively participate in this process.
