TELEMARKETING ABUSIVO:
MECANISMOS DE INIBIÇÃO E REPRESSÃO NA LEGISLAÇÃO CONSUMERISTA BRASILEIRA

What are the mechanisms that telephone line owners can currently use to protect themselves from abusive telemarketing? The work of telemarketing aimed at offering products and services sometimes appears hostile and invasive to the consumer. This work was developed using a mixed method, associating theoretical and qualitative approaches and collecting bibliographic and documentary material. In view of the absence of a prohibitive norm expressed in federal legislation, some inhibitory means were presented, notably provided by state entities, such as Act No. 10,413/2021 of ANATEL and the repressive means of the legal system, such as the application of administrative sanctions and civil liability of companies.
